My first Diving lesson

(RAY/2008.9.16) When I talk about "diving", a friend think about swimming under the water such as using a scuba system. I am however learning the sport of jumping into the water (head first into water).

It's not easy, particularly with my age. But the Instructor help me/us to learn the basic skills step-by-step. I feel so good to carry on :)

I wonder if I can represent hk to go London on 2012.
